Any problems that arise from the failure to read my terms of service lies solely upon the buyer. Please read thoroughly before ordering! Failure to comply with these terms may result in being blacklisted from commissioning me.

I kindly ask that you PLEASE only take a slot if you are sure you will be able to pay for it/follow through with the commission! You are free to ask me how much it would be BEFORE you take a slot. I understand things come up, but if something does comes up and you must cancel, please let me know asap instead of waiting for it to be your turn in queue/ghosting me.

If you would like to know how much something will cost to draw before you commission me, please feel free to contact me at any time.

The prices shown are the BASE/minimum prices. Price will increase depending on the amount of character detail | $20-$300. If you expect me to draw a heavily detailed character that will take much more time than a much more simple design that will take me far less time, then please go elsewhere. I charge based on the amount of time I will spend on the piece, and the amount of detail greatly increases that time. I ask that you please understand/respect this.

I may not accept the commission if I feel uncomfortable/feel I am unable to draw it well. Side note, I don't draw mecha, furries, NSFW, or extreme gore.

If you are unsure if I am able to draw your character or not, please feel free to contact me.

Resolutions range from around 3000-7000p, 300 dpi. If you would like to request a specific or higher resolution, please let me know when ordering.

If you would like a specific pose please let me know when ordering.

If you would like to see the sketch please let me know when ordering.

Please be respectful. Any rude behavior may result in the commission being canceled, and your money refunded based on the amount of work I've done. This may also result in a ban from purchasing from me in the future.

Please do not complain about the prices. I put a lot of time and effort into each commission, and my prices reflect that. If you cannot afford a commission, I ask that you either send a character that has less detail, choose a cheaper option, or kindly back out of the commission. You are always free to ask me how much a certain character will cost before you commission me.

Once I have accepted your commission and it is your turn, I will send you an invoice through Paypal.

Payment must be made in USD.

Payment must be paid upfront unless otherwise specified (custom designs for example).

I will start on your commission after I have received full payment.

Once I receive payment I will get started. This may generally take anywhere from a few days to about a month. If I need more time I will contact you to let you know the situation.

If I have not yet started on your commission, a full refund can be given. However, once I start on a piece no refunds will be offered.

Any mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obliged to correct or change anything for you. If there are any delays or things that come up, I will notify you. I am admittedly slow at times, so if you think this will be a problem to you please take this into consideration before commissioning me.

As the artist, I have full rights to the artwork, and may post it, make a speedpaint with it, etc.

You may not edit without permission, or claim the piece as your own. Please credit where necessary.

The artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless commercial usage is purchased.

You do not own the rights to a custom design until fully paid off. If you fail to pay the design off, no money will be refunded, and I will have the right to resell/auction the design to someone else.

2x price when the artwork is not the bulk of the product (promotional material, game assets, social media artwork, etc.)

3x price when the artwork is the bulk of the product (postcard, merchandise, etc.)

The design is for personal use unless commercial rights are bought (2x or 3x purchased price).

You may give the character a name, story, etc.

You may make small changes to the design, but the overall appearance/theme must stay the same.

Given it is not apart of a closed species already, you may use the design for someone else's closed species.

I still own the rights to the artwork. Please credit me where necessary.

You may NOT resell for more than the price you bought it for.

You may resell it for the same price, or lower than you purchased it for.

You may also trade/gift it as you please.

I accept up to a 4 week payment plan for customs.

If you fail to pay off the design in full in the time agreed upon, you will lose all rights to the design, no money will be refunded, and I will have the right to resell the design/put it back up for auction/keep it, etc.

Please note that the prices on my commission pages are the starting prices, and there is an extra fee depending on the amount of detail a character/design has.

I will get back to you on the exact price of your commission. (This may range from an additional $20-$300+, depending on the amount of detail of the character.)

If you’d like to ask for pricing on multiple characters before deciding, please feel free to do so!

If you’re unsure about pricing/if it is within your price range, please ask me for a characters’ pricing before asking for a slot. You may ask me whenever you’d like, even when commissions are closed!

If you’d like a specific pose, please ask/give references BEFORE I start on your commission! If you change your mind and end up wanting a specific pose (and I end up having to start over), I will charge an extra fee for the time I already spent on the first sketch! If you’d like me to draw out a few mock poses first, I can absolutely do that for free (so long as you let me know before I start)! Again, I’m ok with redoing a sketch, just please understand if you ask for a complete pose change I will have to charge extra for completely restarting! For reference, this will cost around one-third of the total cost of the commission ,though this may vary!

Once payment is received, I will begin on your commission.

I will not start on your commission until you have paid in full (unless specified/commission requires a payment plan like a custom).

I will give you a timeframe that the commission is to be completed in (example: 3-10 days). The exact amount of time the commission will take depends on the amount of detail, and type of commission.

You are more than welcome to ask me for updates and wips at any point in time.

I always do my best to make sure to finish (and generally do) finish in the amount of time I stated, however if something comes up and the commission will be delayed, I will notify you immediately and give you an updated time-frame.

Once the commission is complete, I will be back to ask you if you’d like any final edits before sending you all of the files, including the transparent version (if applicable).

Once again, if you’d like a certain pose, please let me know when ordering!

If you wish to change to a different type of style (for example, a bust-up to a fullbody), you will have to pay for the style change (depending on what type you're switching to/from), but also please keep in mind the detail price will likely go up as well!

I always use 300dpi, and typically use a canvas size of around 4000-7000px. Please let me know if you'd like a certain resolution when ordering.

If you’d like to see a wip of the sketch, please let me know when ordering so I can be sure I get that to you before rendering.

Please let me know if you’d like any bigger changes in the sketch stage! It’s easier to edit things when it is still in sketch form.

Once complete, I will only do small changes, or edit any mistakes made on my behalf.

My art style changes (slightly) overtime as I love experimenting with different elements (particularly the way I do eyes). Due to this, the style you receive may be slightly different than the examples shown. If however you’d like a certain style from my gallery, please let me know and I’ll do my best to replicate that.

On rare occasion I may turn down a design if I feel I am unable to draw it well.

Once started I do not give refunds, so please be sure you are prepared/have money set aside when ordering. On the chance that I need to cancel a commission due to rude behavior, I may give a partial refund, depending on how much work I have done/time spent on the commission.

Put simply: please don’t be rude! This includes complaining about my prices, disrespecting/breaking my terms of service, insulting my work, or insulting me.

Please do not ask to commission me/take a slot just to ghost me/lead me on and cancel a few days/weeks/months later.

Please do not take a slot just to tell me it's too much/"out of budget", days later.

If you’re not happy with my prices, just don’t commission me! No need to be rude about it. And no, complaining will not lessen the price, it’ll just get you blacklisted.

Any rude behavior will result in the commission being canceled (and money refunded depending on the amount of work that was done) and potentially being put on a blacklist from ever commissioning me again.

Just as a note, asking for a (fair) change in a commission is not disrespectful, in fact it’s encouraged! If you’re not happy with something, I want to know so I can make it right. Just please be polite about it!

Please only ask for a slot if you have the money/are able to pay for it by the time it is your turn!

Serious buyers only! Please do not ask for a slot because you might want to commission me.

If something comes up and you cannot afford the commission, please let me know! I won’t be angry, so long as there is good reason to be backing out. Likewise, ghosting me (purposely) when it is your turn will almost always put you on either a warning list or you will be black-listed.

As the artist, I hold full rights to the artwork and may post it, make speedpaints with it, etc.

As the commissioner, you may use it for personal use only.

If you’d like to use a commission for commercial use (sell prints, make merch, use in an artbook, etc.), please message me and we can discuss how much it will be depending on what it will be used for.

I allow up to a 4 week payment plan for adopts and customs (unless otherwise stated).

I require a 50% down payment upon completing the sketch WIP (then you may take up to 4 weeks for the remainder of the total cost).

The adopt/design is not yours until you have paid in full.

Once you have paid in full, I will send you the full resolution piece(s).

Though you have bought the rights to the adopt/design, I will always remain the creator of the design. Do not take credit for the design as your own/please credit me where necessary.

You may turn the adopt/design into a closed species design if you wish. If you'd like me to make adjustments please feel free to ask me.

You may resell the adopt/design for the SAME amount as you paid for it, regardless of any extra art you have for it.

Do not harass others to repurchase an adopt/design you bought from me.

Do not use my design/adopt in disrespectful/illegal ways.

You may not resell the design/adopt for more than you bought it for/profit off of it in any way.

If I find out you have been breaking any of these terms posted here, or using my designs/adopts in vile ways/scams/illegal activity, you will lose any ownership and all rights of the design/adopt, period. No money will be refunded, I may publicly warn others of your behavior and refer to you by name, and the full ownership/rights of the adopt/design will go back to me, the artist, to resell/keep/etc..

ALL forms of art are welcome! This includes digital artwork, traditional artwork, painted, clay, arts and crafts, etc.!

You may draw both chibi and non-chibi artwork! One style will not be favored over the other in terms of judging!

ABSOLUTELY NO AI ALLOWED! If I find out you submitted an AI-made entry, you will be banned from participating in the event and blocked.

No tracing or copying other artwork! The entry must be entirely by you. If I find out you have copied/traced/cheated in any way, just like with any AI entries, you will be banned from participating in the event and blocked.

Please be nice to other contestants! No bullying/harassing/being mean in any way towards other contestants! This will lead to being kicked from the event, regardless of whether you submitted an entry yet or not. On the contrary, I’d love if this became an opportunity to spread some love and kindness to fellow artists! I want everyone to feel welcome, so let's please keep this event light-hearted and positive!

Please don’t get mad if you do not win! In the end, I want this contest to be about having fun and participating in a community activity! So please don’t enter solely for the sake of winning. If I find out you have bullied/harassed/been mean to the winner (or me) in any way, you will be banned from joining any future events I hold, and most likely blocked.
